Brittney grew up on a beef farm and would spend summers working on her family’s farm, tending to the cattle. It was a dream to have cattle on this farm and raise quality beef for our own family. In 2021 we realized that dream when we purchased Speckle Park calves from a family member to raise here, on our farm. There were just enough to offer some sides, quarters and assorted mixed packs through the farm shop, for 2021 beef was listed as a seasonally available product. The reviews are in and we are happy to hear… you love it!!

Happily, we were able to grow our numbers and take our learnings from 2021 and spread out our supply to now consider our beef as a regular product.
We take orders for half and quarter beef. Ordering for quarter and half beef has closed for 2023, orders accepted again for summer 2024. In our farm shop we do offer smaller portions of beef.

• Large Assorted Beef Pack: You can expect 2 roasts, 4 steaks, ground and stewing beef and choice of beef cutlets or braising ribs (or more ground beef if you don’t use those items)

• Small Assorted Beef Pack: You can expect 1 beef roast, 2 steaks, ground and stewing beef

• Home Comforts Pack: 6 packs of ground beef and 6 packs of stew beef

• Gluten Free All Beef Burgers 4/pack: come seasoned or unseasoned
